Prospective Members

West Virginia Athletic Coaches,

Your West Virginia Athletic Coaches Association is here to support and help you in any manner needed. The WVSACA is a great way for West Virginia coaches to fellowship, share coaching information/pedagogy, and discuss state extracurricular policy.
The WVSACA sponsors hospitality rooms at the boys and girls state basketball tournaments and the state track meet. We have a retired coaches reception at the state boys basketball tournament in which we recognized retired coaches from across the state.
Our association is also involved in providing scholarships to deserving students. We provide a six-hundred-dollar scholarship to a male and female athlete at the North-South Football Classic.

The dues for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows: $50 which includes the Spring Conference Coaching Clinic at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
A formal letter will be emailed to you so that you may request a professional day for the clinic.
If you wish to join as a social member and will not attend the conference – $20.

You can join three different ways.

1. Send a check, made to WVSACA, to WVSACA P.O. Box 195, Hedgesville, WV 25427.
Please include a note that lists your name, your personal mailing address, and the school in which you coach.
Coach Wes Eddy will mail you your WVSACA membership card.

2. Send your dues to paypal.me/wvsaca
Email your name, best phone number to contact you, your personal mailing address, and the school in which you coach to coacheddy@comcast.net
Coach Wesley Eddy will call you to confirm payment, and Coach Maynard will mail you your WVSACA membership card.

4. Your schools coaching staff can join at the discount rate of $15. This requires a minimum of 8 coaches. If your staff joins in this fashion, you are joining at full membership. (conference, hospitality, etc…)

Membership is paid annually. Your yearly dues run with each school year. Begin August 1, End June 10th.
